Besides venture investment experience, Dylan brings his prior experience and knowledge in accounting and finance to NGP.

Prior to joining NGP, Dylan was with Lenovo focusing on growth stage investments in technology companies. He came from a finance background with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services where he advised on strategies to raise, invest, optimize, and preserve capital for M&A deals in China and overseas, specializing in valuation and financial modelling. Dylan started his career with Honeywell in the US.

Dylan holds a BA degree in Accounting & Finance from University of Washington. In his free time Dylan enjoys playing the piano.
