Walter has over 10 years of technology and investment experience. While overseeing investments and portfolio activities for NGP Capital in Europe, Walter has been working in a global team his whole career. He has prior experience from working at Nokia and was an entrepreneur in the social media space before that. His current investment focus is on Digital Health and Consumer Services.

Walter’s passion is to help thriving entrepreneurs and dedicated teams to succeed. He enjoys working with disruptive companies, innovative new technologies and bold thinking individuals. Well-being is a curiosity of his and he has a big appetite for how technology can enable better personal health.

Walter holds a M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Helsinki University of Technology, a M.Sc. in Economics from University of Helsinki and studied Economics and Psychology at Harvard University. Walter is based in Europe.
