Anna Teyssot

Anna Teyssot has over 20 years of experience in electrification, batteries, and automotive strategy. She is the Managing Partner of Exergon, a pan-European venture capital firm focused on deep tech innovations for the energy transition.

Prior to Exergon, Anna held senior leadership roles at Verkor, where she oversaw product strategy, sales management, and the alignment of battery products with market needs. Her leadership enabled the company to scale efficiently while prioritizing customer requirements.

Earlier, she served as Venture Development Director at Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture capital fund of Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, where she shaped strategic investments and facilitated partnerships between startups and global automotive OEMs. She also spent over a decade at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, leading European R&D programs focused on electrification and battery innovation, shaping supplier strategies, and advancing the company’s EV and hybrid platforms.

Anna earned a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from École Polytechnique.
