Fernanda Aguiar

Fernanda joined NGP Capital’s Europe investment team in 2022 and is based in the Berlin office. Her primary thematic focus is on digital industries and enterprise software. She is particularly excited about companies leveraging AI and automation to unlock industrial value creation with scalable business models.

Prior to NGP, Fernanda worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Sao Paulo, with experience in operational excellence, post-merger integration, and new business models. She gained investment experience at the investment team of Delivery Hero Ventures in Berlin.

Fernanda will complete a Masters's in Management degree with a specialization in Finance and Investments from the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) in Berlin in August 2022.

Outside of the office, you may find her with friends and family or planning her next trip.
