Lyydia Lappi

Lyydia first joined NGP Capital in early 2022 as an intern and became a full-time Investment Analyst in 2023 after completing her masters.

Part of the European investment team, she is based in the Helsinki office where she explores investments within enterprise software, industrial tech, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

Before joining NGP, Lyydia gained her experience in strategy and management consulting. Her time in the industry also includes venture capital investing at a Nordic pre-seed fund.

Lyydia holds a Master’s in Finance from Aalto University School of Business.

Outside the office, Lyydia enjoys all things active, whether it's jogging along the seaside or playing racket games with friends.
