Susan Suzart joined NGP Capital in February 2023 as Events & Operations Associate in the Berlin office. Susan’s passion is to create - whether it is a full wall painting, a unique event, a vibrant office space, or operational efficiencies. She is driven by the wish to enable our team and our portfolio founders to thrive and perform to its optimal capacity.
Susan brings a broad range of expertise within operations, event planning and accounting. Prior to joining NGP Capital, Susan gathered four years of experience as Office Manager at Speedinvest, one of Europe’s most active early-stage investors. At Speedinvest, on top of the daily running and design of 4 offices with 80+ employees, Susan was pivotal in the organization of internal and external events with up to 500+ attendees. She helped to design and implement essential internal processes, policies, and training plans, and supported the finance team for two years with bookkeeping and budget management for four entities in three different countries.
Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Brasília, Brazil, and a Master’s degree in International Arbitration from the Humboldt Universtät zu Berlin. Additionally, Susan has a specialization in German accounting, and an uncontrollable passion for creative writing, art illustration and interior design.
